WELCOME!

owl hearts
It is hard to believe we are more than halfway through the 2016/17 school year.  Students and staff continue to work diligently to achieve our learning goals.

Along with the new month comes one of our favorite holidays – Valentine’s Day. Over the next two weeks we will discuss the topics related to this wonderful event. We will discuss with the children that this day is when we share our positive feelings about special people. This day also provides an opportunity to talk about the importance of sharing, giving, loving and friendship.

Just a reminder that during the winter months, please remind your children to wear warm clothes. Weather permitting, we will be holding recess outdoors and students are strongly encouraged to bring a hat and gloves to school with them each day.

For your convenience, you can find a list of all upcoming events for the month of February below:

2/1:  PTO Meeting 9:30am @ PLC
2/3: PTO SPIRIT DAY
2/9: 100th Day Celebration (*if no snow days)
