PLAN
EVALUATION PLAN Progress regarding items on the "Local Technology Plan Checklist" will be monitored on a regular basis using both formative and summative assessments. Evaluation instruments for measuring progress in terms of this Technology Plan include: Average and maximum delays in addressing help-desk requests for technology support • Annual satisfaction surveys conducted of all teachers and staff• Notes of relevant discussion at district-level monthly administration meetings• Evidence that technology integration is used as one of the evaluation criteria for teacherobservations and annual evaluations • Reliability statistics on network, email and other centralized services
