Estimated Number of Participants: 300 Adults, 150 Children (there will be 2 shows with these amounts)
Requested Rooms: Lobby, Theatre & Stage
Risers from PLC and McKinley are still needed (brought over earlier for the rehearsal on 5/31/2012)
Technology & Equipment: Podium, Projector & Screen, Microphone, Music Chairs
