All physical education classes participate in warm ups before we begin our lessons. Warm ups consist of a 3 - 5 minute jog, stretching, and strength exercises (push ups and curl ups). Warm ups prepare the body for our activities, builds cardio vascular endurance, strength, and flexibility. Warm ups prepare the students for the Fitness Gram test.Students are expected to perform warm ups to the best of their ability. If a student has a medical condition or limitations modifications are made for that student.
