School will remain closed until Monday, April 20th. In the event we are closed longer, communication will be relayed in advance. Our remote learning plan will continue through Thursday April 9th. We will still be observing Spring Break from Friday April 10th through Sunday April 19th. As a reminder, on Mondays, with the exception of Monday April 13th, pick up for free and reduced meals, learning packets, and 1:1 devices will be held at the McKinley Cafeteria between the hours of 10am-6pm.

If you have any questions or concerns, your first contact should be your child’s teacher(s). They can best explain what your child needs, as each teacher is adjusting to meet their class’s specific learning needs. If you still have questions, please next contact the building principal, Director of Curriculum & Instruction or Director of Special Services. In addition, all packets are available online at https://www.staffordschools.org/Page/4906 under the Remote learning activities section.
Parents and students should visit the student’s teacher’s website daily to access learning resources. Teacher websites can be found within our school district’s website at www.staffordschools.org. Teachers will post assignments and be available via e- mail, Google Classroom, or other educational platforms to answer questions and support students with their work. Teachers will include their preferred method of communication on their website. Students are expected to work each day and complete their assignments.
We will continue to provide updates and share information regarding additional actions and announcements. I am in constant communication with the New Jersey Department of Education, the Ocean County Health Department, township officials, and other Ocean County Superintendents. Thank you for your support and cooperation as we work through the challenges presented by COVID-19 together.
