Degrees and Certifications:

Mrs. Haldenwang

Welcome to 4th Grade!

Dear  students and families,

My name is Mrs. Haldenwang and I am so excited to welcome you and your child to fourth grade!  We are going to have a wonderful year together full of learning, fun, and adventures. I cannot wait to see what this year has in store for us!

Here is a little information about me! I have lived in New Jersey all of my life. I grew up in Galloway, NJ. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies and a certificate in Elementary Education with highly qualifications in Math and Social Studies at The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey in 2005.  After graduating, I took a year long maternity leave in the Galloway Township Public Schools teaching 4th grade. My principal at the time, suggested I apply to the Stafford Township School District and the rest is history!  I began teaching in 2006 in Stafford and have enjoyed every moment. In 2016, I was named McKinley Ave Teacher of the Year! I love teaching 4th grade and I love our school community. When I am not teaching, you can usually find me sitting on a soccer field, reading a book, cooking a yummy meal, or travelling!

My goal as a teacher is to instill a lifelong love for learning.  I also love celebrating the unique gifts that each child brings to the classroom. Therefore, I make it my mission to build a classroom community filled with kindness, compassion, and respect for all.

In the meantime, please feel free to contact me via email at with any questions regarding student progress. My work hours are 7:52 AM-2:52 PM. I will be sure to communicate with you during those hours. Please contact the main office if you have any emergencies throughout the day that require immediate attention. If your child is to be a pick-up for the day, please send in a note to the main office or call them directly.  I will be using the Remind Platform to share student activities, upcoming events, and reminders. To join Remind send a text to 81010, in the text message write: @bad2ehabbe.
