Medical Insurance – Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey

The Stafford Township School District provides medical coverage through Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield.  You can find answers to most of your questions by visiting www.horizonblue.com   and clicking the “Member Sign In” blue box in the upper right hand corner to access member services. You may also call Customer Service at 800-355-BLUE(2583).  Duplicate cards, access to forms and coverage information can be viewed in your online account.      

Prescription Insurance – BeneCard

The Stafford Township School District provides prescription coverage through BeneCard.  You can find answers to most of your questions by visiting www.benecardpbf.com and clicking the “Log In” green box in the upper right hand corner to access member services. You may also call Customer Service at 877-723-6005.  Duplicate cards, access to forms, coverage information and locating providers can be viewed in your online account. 

Dental Insurance – Delta Dental

The Stafford Township School District provides dental coverage through Delta Dental of New Jersey.  You can find answers to most of your questions by visiting www.deltadentalnj.com and signing into your account to access member services. You may also call Customer Service at 800-DELTA-OK (800-335-8265).  Duplicate cards, access to forms, coverage information and locating providers can be viewed in your online account

Vision Insurance – N.V.A – National Vision Administrators 

The Stafford Township School District provides vision coverage through N.V.A.  You can find answers to most of your questions by visiting www.e-nva.com and signing into your account to access member services. You may also call Customer Service at 800-672-7723.  Duplicate cards, access to forms, coverage information and locating providers can be viewed in your online account.

*Please note that the district’s annual Open Enrollment period is October of every year.  Information and reminders will be sent in September.  At this time, you can make changes to your plans, which will take effect in January of the upcoming year.  If you have a life-changing event during the year, e.g., marriage, divorce, birth of a child, or loss of coverage, please reach out directly to our office so we can assist you with these changes.
