OOPS!)Previous Weeks Assignments/VideosWeek of May 4 - 8, 2020For this week’s lesson, we are doing a combined activity with CPR.The rate of compressions you would give to a victim is 100-120 beats per minute (bpm).For your activity, you will take your heart rate by finding your pulse on your wrist.- Take two fingers, and press them against your wrist on the side of which your thumb is.- Count how many beats you feel in ten seconds.- Multiply that number by six.(This will give you your resting heart rate.
