It is with great pleasure that I introduce myself to you, Mrs. Tiffany Eberle, as your Principal of McKinley Avenue Elementary School! It is truly an honor to serve a school community with great students, parents and educators.

While living in Ocean County for my entire life, 15 of those years I have served in education. My career has led me to become a teacher, supervisor vice principal and currently principal ranging from preschool through high school grade levels. During this past year in my previous role of elementary supervisor within the school district, I have had the opportunity to build professional relationships and collaborate among the school community resulting in creating a positive school culture and implementing instructional programs to help meet the needs of students. With a strong dedication to academic excellence and success for all learners, I look forward to continuing the vision of the Stafford Township School District.

I was and currently am a Toms River resident, have been married for 13 years and have 2 children. My son is going into 4th grade and my daughter is going into 3rd grade so I can relate very well to the parents/guardians of children attending such grade levels.  I also have a crazy but cute 9 month old newfypoo puppy, Cooper!  As a family, we love spending time at the beach, on the water, vacationing anywhere and watching/playing sports!

I completed my undergraduate programs at Rowan University where I also played Division III Lacrosse.  I completed my masters program in Administration & Supervision at the University of Phoenix. I began my teaching experience at the Barnegat Township School District in 2004. From 2007-2014 I became vice principal of Barnegat High School as well as the Brackman Middle School (2012-14).  I also served as District Testing Coordinator & the HIB coordinator within the Barnegat School District. From 2014-2019 I decided to take time off to raise my children and volunteer as well as work part-time within the Toms River School District, Westminster Nursery & Hope Sheds Light Foundation . In 2020, I served as the interim vice principal at Barnegat High School and during the school year of 20/21 I served as a sub administrator within the Barnegat and Stafford School Districts providing support during & after the Covid 19 pandemic. For the school year of 21/22 I accepted a full time position at Stafford as the preschool--2nd grade elementary supervisor. During the same year, I served as the acting principal of the Ocean Acres Elementary School which led me to accepting the McKinley Avenue Elementary principal position beginning August 1, 2022.  I am very fortunate and grateful to have had so many positive experiences with the opportunity to make many relationships of which I cherish to this very day.

Along with the teachers and staff, I will continue to strive for a successful partnership with the community. As principal, it is important to me that staff and families feel welcomed, supported and encouraged to be a part of each child’s learning experience. I believe that great schools are the result of great teachers and one of my goals is to continue to support our teachers and provide them with the tools they need to be successful in helping students prosper and grow. The positive attitude and culture will enable us to meet the challenges of academic excellence in a creative, engaging and nurturing environment.

I am so excited to join the Mustang family and eager to meet each and every one of you as we embark on a new journey together.
