    IMPORTANT INFORMATION

As a reminder, students who qualify for free/reduced lunch are also eligible to receive free/reduced breakfast.  Please see the Stafford School’s web page to find the breakfast menus in the Food Service link.  The price of a reduced breakfast is $0.30.  Please remember that you can prepay for meals using www.payforit.net.  Also, if your family’s financial circumstances have changed since the start of the school year, you may now qualify for the free/reduced program.  If that is the case, see our web site for how to submit an application."

School starts at 8:45am and ends at 3:25pm.  Students entering the building after 8:55am will be considered late. Please help ensure your child’s success by providing a nutritious breakfast and establishing a consistent bedtime routine. Ask your children to share what they are learning in school each day. Read to and with your child every day.  Thank you for helping us ensure the success of all our students!

Daily Arrival Procedures: There are now 2 carlines starting at 8:45 am daily. ALL CARS WILL ENTER OFF OF NAUTILUS DRIVE.  PRESCHOOL and GRADE 1 will head toward the MAIN ENTRANCE and GRADE 2 will turn right toward the COMMUNITY CENTER.  If you are dropping off a student in more than one grade level please use the main entrance.  Do not park cars at any time along the sidewalk as this is the carline drop area. Please pull up as far as possible and staff will be there to assist in letting students out of a few cars at a time. STAY IN YOUR CAR.  NO ONE is permitted to walk their child into the building.

Daily Dismissal Procedures:  Parent(s)/Guardian(s) are reminded to park in the parking lot and not along the sidewalk. PRESCHOOL and GRADE 1 will use the MAIN ENTRANCE.  GRADE 2 will use the COMMUNITY CENTER ENTRANCE.  If you are picking up a student in more than 1 grade level please use the main entrance.  NO Parent(s)/Guardian(s) will be admitted into the building.  Students being picked up will be dismissed from their classrooms beginning at 3:15pm.  Upon showing school personnel proper identification (i.e. photo ID), students will be released.   Students will not be called down for dismissal until the person picking them up arrives.  For safety purposes, if you are picking up your child at dismissal time, please anticipate approximately at least a ten to fifteen-minute delay.  Students will not be available for pick up between 2:45pm and 3:15pm.
We encourage the utilization of transportation.
