Cohort Clarifications

 Five Day In-Person Instruction

• If your child is in Cohort A (Blue)
  • On the first day of school---students report to the homeroom
  • For the rest of the school year
    • On the blue days noted in the calendar below---students report to the homeroom
    • On the yellow days noted in the calendar below---students report to the common area
  • If your child is in Cohort B (Yellow)
    • On the first day of school---students report to the common area
    • For the rest of the school year
      • On the yellow days noted in the calendar below---students report to the homeroom
      • On the blue days noted in the calendar below---students report to the common area

Hybrid Instruction

• If your child is enrolled in the Hybrid Plan and is in Cohort A (Blue)
  • On the first day of school---students report to the homeroom
  • For the rest of the school year
    • On the blue days noted in the calendar below---students report to the homeroom
    • On the yellow days noted in the calendar below---students work remotely from home and meet with the Hybrid Remote teacher (via Google Classroom/Google Meet)
  • If your child is enrolled in the Hybrid Plan and is in Cohort B (Yellow)
    • On the first day of school--- students work remotely from home and meet with the Hybrid Remote teacher (via Google Classroom/Google Meet)
    • For the rest of the school year
      • On the yellow days noted in the calendar below---students report to the homeroom
      • On the blue days noted in the calendar below---students work remotely from home and meet with the Hybrid Remote teacher (via Google Classroom/Google Meet)

 Self-Contained Instruction

• If your child is in a self-contained class
  • On the first day of school---students report to the homeroom
  • For the rest of the school year
    • Students report to the homeroom on all blue and yellow days

Remote Instruction

• If your child is enrolled in the Remote Plan
  • On the first day of school---students meet with the Remote Teacher (via Google Classroom/Google Meet)
• For the rest of the school year
  • Students meet with the Remote Teacher (via Google Classroom/Google Meet) on all blue and yellow days
